Dear Meshri,

To answer your querry, you must specify in more details in order to understand by the cr4 member and revert back to you in a positive way.

However, your querry do not have any inputs to analyze whether it is possible or not.

Your Querry: you need to link a line to a pressure vessel?

cr4 analyze like this:

a line to be connected to pressure vessel? it can be!!! What is this line? copper tube? steel tube? pipeline? what is the product? what is the pressure? temperature? contineous flow? what drives the fluid? etc.,etc.,etc.,

Pressure vessel? what is the pressure? temperature? what is the product inside? what is the process procedures? what is the materials of the pressure vessel? etc, etc, etc,

Do you understand the above parameters meshri? these are the data that you need to elaborate in order for you to understand why you raise that querry? cr4 members are very much willing to contribute the knowledge & experiences. However, cr4 member use to evaluate the querries and also provides methods of how to understand and correct the presentations to enhance the communication development.

We in cr4 does only in a way of evaluation based on your querries / questions / discussions. However, interpretations on every persons depends on the understanding of the individual.

Cr4 forum is one of the engineering sections that you may find the interest and go further in discussion to learn more.

Ok, please go on to your querry! provide more details.

Regards

We have to link a line with pressure vessel - What's the problem. link it with a disk check valve. Where to link it? No details as to type of vsl, media, pressure, horizontal/vertical etc.

OK Meshri............De-pessurize the vessel, link the line, but before re-pressurizing the vessel, be sure to get back to us with the details so that we can help you better understand the consequences. BTW, be careful when working with pressure; always wear safety equipment. I had my face mask blown off by H2SO4 under pressure. Was in the hospital for a week with ruptured cornea.
