An utopian engine

Hi, I m a mechanical engineer from india And i just heard "an utopian" type of engine. Can you give some basic idea about this technology...?

It doesn't exist!

There is no perpetual motion machine.

Hydrogen will not power the world any time soon, if that's the utopia you had in mind.

Utopia is a place where everything is always to the desire of everybody. Nothing to ever complain about. Every one agrees 200% with all other. Zero rates and taxes, free everything, high salaries, water running uphill, Engines run on will power, extremely boring.

I would still complain! Being theres nothing to complain about, that would my first complaint!

If everything works perfectly I would not have anything to fix and that would be my next complaint! If theres no stuff to fix its not utopia to me.
