Where can I ask questions pertaining to light pipe design or simillar questions.

Hi, I have a few questions about the design of light pipes. Which category of discussion can I place these questions in.??? (I know it sounds kinda silly but still....) regards.....

Communications & Electronics, General,

or, one of these:

Instrumentation

Manufacturing

Mechanical Engineering

New Technologies & Research
