J. F Kennedy "Bullet"

05/12/2010 7:06 AM

Hi

Still the mystery surrounding assassination of J.F.Kennedy 1963, its surprising with developments on science that nobody has come up with solution as to how many/who was involved (weapon's fired). With all the still photo's and newsreels available, bullet(s) would be in pictures! And should show direction of position fired and how many.

There is no mystery...

There was an excellent documentary (BBC?) a few years back which very convincingly debunked all the conspiracy theories and showed there were no real 'problems' with the single shooter from the elevated position in the book depository (repository?... whatever)
There have been threads dealing with this topic already on this from...I think you are flogging a dead horse.

These conspiracy theories have more lives than a.....

Michael's law (I may be plagiarising here) is that for the theorists, a great proof that a conspiracy theory is wrong, is an even greater evidence that the conspiracy exists.

Surely "Flogging a dead President" is what you meant to say?

Several years ago, I wrote a story about an engineer and CR4er who knew Lee Harvey Oswald. Check it out, if you like. I think it speaks to your question about who the shooter or shooters were.

Just heard on Talk Radio "that 70 percent of the people will believe anything you tell them."

The photos and newsreels of the day would probably not be able to resolve a bullet traveling at velocities over 600fps (feet per second). That's because film isn't cheap and so the frame rate is about 30fps (frames per second). So a bullet might be visable in a single frame IF the photoreactive chemical materials were of small enough size and fast enough reaction to be able to image something as small as a bullet. The bullet simply would not reflect enough light in the time it was in that frame to allow the pigment to "see" the bullet.

So nope, you're not going to be able to see the bullets in the pictures made by the machines in use during the incident.

And the conspriacy wonks will keep on arguing about it as long as they think that "Camelot" was real.

Whenever anything as dastardly as the assassination happens, the public screams for an answer. They won't accept a simple answer. They always look for a complicated answer. Conspiracy theories are easy to generate and there will always be an audience for each conspiracy put forth. Sometimes it's just plain and simple, but people find it hard to accept plain and simple.
