You want a machine for telepathy. It already exists to some degree in people..(a little more perhaps in animals, birds, insects etc.?). As mankind evolves further, telepathy may become more and more prevalent. Eliminating cellphones (what a horrible thought)

You'd need to define "talk". Is it the verbalization of thoughts inside a human brain that are then communicated to another brain via speech?

We are communication right now, without talking.

Yes and no. Yes there are devices (and even toys) that allow our thoughts to control (to a very limited extent) other devices such as computers, but these are only really basic controls (such as being able to move a computer mouse pointer on the computer screen or activate an electronic switch or control a wheelchair) being controlled by electrical impulses. Many are still under development with more work needed to perfect them.

Mind machine interfacing is a relatively new engineering and scientific field and it will take a while (decades) before we are able to build a device that can allow us to mentally connect with another person or computer and communicate. There is so much we don't yet understand about the human mind.

Today... no we can not make such machines. Research into this are is on-going. Tomorrow? You never know.

Body language and facial expressions can give a good indication of whats on the mind to a poker player.

A lie detector also can "read" the mind.

but some people cant express their feelings.......specially in psychology.........their is need of such machines........

Given the nature of some of the questions posed on the various forums of this site of late, it is clear that there must be a new brand of PC, or at least new web browsing software, that clearly beams a posters thoughts on a given issue to everyone on the Internet.

It must be a very subtle process that must only kick in once a thought receiver reads the cryptic postings.

Can someone post the details on such marvelous new technology... I am sure the rest of us would like to get in on this new wave of "Kreskin" type gear.
