SS Welding Purge Gas

Now , Why During SS welding purge gas is required? in some critical positions how we are manage that purge gas.

Because without purge gas, oxygen from the atmosphere gets into the weld and at the high temperatures there, affects the quality of the weld through a chemical reaction with the molten substances present.

But we are using shielding gas in TIG welding , it protects oxidation from atmosphere.

in other material TIG welding we cannot use purge gas.

TIG = Tungsten Inert Gas

Inert Gas = Purge Gas

The gas fed through the TIG "torch" is usually called "shielding gas"; "Purge gas" usually refers to additional gas fed into a vessel or pipe.

Tornado is right. Purge gas keeps the inside of the pipe or vessel free of oxidation during welding. Shield gas keeps the outside of the pipe or vessel free of oxidation during welding.
