How to Remove PTFE Coating from Inside the Pipe?

If the pipe is short enough, run a 15mm to 17mm drill through it depending on wall thickness of pipe. Best would be to do this on a metal turning lathe.

Wall is 1.5 mm and basically it is jackted pipe heat exchanger.

And work in starile application. we can not do machine on it.

Is there any other method?

Why didn't you include this information in the first place? What have you already tried? What other important information have you left out?

Buy the correct pipe for the application.
