Not only do we NOT DO HOMEWORK here, but we certainly don't help lazy slackers.

As registered reader of an University Library, one can borrow theses from that library free of charge.

Give him a few years...he'll have his engineering job, and be right back on here asking why his equipment isn't working right, after his rebuild.

Why vacuum loss?

Why vibration?

Why genset tripping?

Why overloading?

Reading the morning threads, it's amazing that some of these people are allowed to even get close to the equipment they are working with.

It's pretty bad when a person is too lazy to even do his own search for a thesis farm.

There are plenty of them that are happy to help cheaters. All it takes is money.

What, is it due on Monday?

Maybe you should tell us a little about yourself.

Maybe he just wants to get ideas about things like format, length, style, inclusion of illustrations, and citing sources. Perhaps the honest goal is emulation and not replication.

.

I do find it surprising that someone would ask the question though. Thesi Theses are readily available these days.... it is a great source for interesting reading and I'm sure all of you here know an expedient method to locate these if you desired. How can someone be so unaware?

One does have to wonder if it is deliberate laziness, or just ignorance.

No one can be that helpless, can they?

That I can under stand, There are templates.

But to ask about it in the way he did, does not look good.

He's in college now....... He should reflect that.

I agree.

.

It wouldn't surprise me if the OP has repeatedly heard admonitions, suggestions along the lines that being in college, he should reflect that.

.

The OP seems to be taking the advice too literally and should try to absorb some college.

I'm surprised that you think that a thesis about electrical engineering would be accepted by any reputable college for public publication. A paper about electrical engineering is at best a public education essay. An electrical engineering thesis demonstrates that the student has learned enough about electrical engineering at the school to accomplish a task that uses the electrical engineering skills the student has learned.

dedin-

Yes, I cheat a little on my income tax filings with the IRS.

Yes, you cheat a lot on your thesis.

I cheat for the thrill of cheating the IRS.

You cheat because you are lazier than me.

I also don't cheat, except the IRS, because cheaters get caught!

So far you have been caught by 15 people in 13 hours.

Your cheating skills aren't good enough to cheat on an EE thesis.

Either go back and learn something or get out of EE.

Better luck next time, if there ever is a next time.

Good Luck, Old Salt

Dedin, poor guy. Speak up and say you would like to know where there is some good books about EE!

A theses will be the length of 20 books minimum for this thematic.

Did you just look for literature then say so!

The way you asked lets you down and nobody might help you if you have some laser specific questions.

You opened this thread so get involved and speak up!

1. KISS

2. If KISS is not possible; seek competent advice and assistance/support from other competent electrical engineering personnel before attempting the design and/or implementation.

3. Remember the objective is to design and implement electrical equipment and circuitry that counteracts idiocracy while preventing escape of the smoke from inside the equipment and/or wiring. (Once the smoke escapes, it is not possible to restore it back inside the equipment or wiring.)

4. Never compromise the safety of the design and operation no matter what the cost.

5. Know and prove the theory before attempting adaptation or application.

6. Never stop seeking the perfection of your knowledge.

7. Never become complacent no matter how trivial the assignment seems to be.

8. Always seek new and better ways to improve your skills and your work output.

9. Avoid changes that do not maintain safety while while improving product performance and reliability.

10. Ask yourself the question; "Do I trust my work enough that I would want my family and friends to be exposed to it?"

11. Is this something I can be proud of for the rest of my life?

This but a small part of what your thesis should be based on.

Good luck
