With that ample info you ask a lot. Try electroplating: copy and paste. Lots of info.

There are plenty of articles on plating of plastics on the internet. Also many books available on Amazon. You can also buy starter kits to try it out with all the chemicals supplied and instructions. Here is just one for you:

http://www.azom.com/article.aspx?ArticleID=525#_The_Problem

Plastics can be etched with a palladium solution that then allows electroless plating of the object. Electroless plating is very widely used and very successful. Having deposited a thin layer of say nickel or copper on the plastic, thus making it conductive, it can if desired, be further electroplated with whatever metal you choose.

One of the big advantages of electroless plating is that it gives a constant metal thickness over the whole object regardless of shape. With electroplating, the thickness can vary according to ease of access by the electric current.

Although we have no way of knowing, since this is a global forum, where Sar_Bala is actually located, I'm willing to bet it isn't in the USA.

That's why I suggested locating someone who would be "geographically acceptable" to him.

Wouldn't it be fantastic if we knew where people were when they come here for help!

But then we could only play "19 questions"!

You could also think about conductive paint, it might work depending on your application which you do not specify.

I have seen electrical circuits printed on polycarbonate sheet by copper ink . I think it is normal printing process and the ink is copper dust suspended in an emulsion .

Does this help? "The deposition of transparent conductive oxide thin films onto large sheets of glass, acrylic and polycarbonate"
