When free its most of the time "help yourself"

Not sure how you see this!

But then:

How about an online calulator?

Or how about the basic formula and an Excel spread sheet done in 10 minutes?

Also please note that free download does not essentially mean free software!

pipe dia, orifice bore, pressure, temperature, full scale (capacity),

Please refer to Perry, "The Chemical Engineer's Handbook", any edition, for details as to how to generate the information required from the information available and the information still needed.

I have used Engineering power tools.

it's rudimentary but has all the basics, I purchased the full version.

Orifice flow calculations is listed on HVAC with (4) orifice types.

I use this calculator all the time for gas flow measurement. It is easy to use and free.

Do you mean to tell us the vendor did not provide the software, or a decent converting transmitter in the kit? I bet they left out the decoder ring also.
