Automated Cocktail Mixers. Color-coded for type of drink:

  1. Green for Martinis
  2. Orange for Gin & Tonic
  3. Blue for Ladies' drinks (everything else)

It is a charging station for some kind of new fuel cell. Green is "Good", Orange is "Depleted", and Grey is "Empty"...
