Jumper cables: $19.00
Digital camera: $88.50
Night on the town for five guys: $206.00

The look on your wife's face when she sees what you've done to her car: Priceless!

For Sale: Firebird. This car is hot. Recent electrical work. Can really melt the tires. Recently fired up and not a single person in the neighborhood could look away. Uphoslty is free of pet hair and stains. Engine pics were recently featured on CR4. This car outsmoked every other vehicle around.

Yea we went this forum called CR4, where all these engineer types hang out ,and they said that when you jump start a car you hook one car up with red to positive and the other car with red to negative because you are sending power over to the car being jumped not getting it back which is why one had to be connected opposite of the other.

It sounded logical at the time and they are engineers, aren't they?

Well, I don't have a pair of jumper cables, but we can use these welder leads. Just make sure that you don't cross them when you connect them to the battery.

I'll hook up the cables and give it a go, but I think your car has worse problems than a dead battery.
