The Moon still having a molten core is kinda fits with the report that the later moon landings' shocks were detected by earlier sensors and the description I read somewhere that the moon "rang like a bell" (and therefore must be a hollow metal sphere...now that bit's less believable)

I've slept on this and realised that the vibrations had to be caused by the dropping of the lid to a soup tureen

Somewhere some place some eco para scientist is working on a theory linking it to global warming so he can get a multi million dollar grant from the government to do "further research".
