Isn't it a bit off to have "the Nation's Capital" in the title, without specifying which nation?

Umm, it's like a team winning the 'World Series' in baseball, or being the 'World Champions' in football. You know, it's 'Global', therefore it's American.

Deserved, of course, ever since we won World War II.
