Good ideal, but I think the verbiage describing it leaves a lot to be desired.

I would more likely describe it as a business simulation in a virtual environment that has roots in computer gaming. And I don't think the link to gaming is even necessary, elimination of which would remove the stigma to potentially hostile parties (like "no sense of humor" bean counters).

The US Military has been using these environments for quite a while now and I think it has grown beyond the "gaming" moniker.
