The C7 Vette gets its official reveal late tonight, but some images are already leaking out, including this Road & Track cover shot. Does that front fascia look a bit too much like the Viper?

The red paint and black wheels look freakin' awesome, if not just a touch ostentatious.

Well they've got the looks nailed (very nice), it'll probably have the straight line speed to compete with anything out there (going on past performance figures for these things). Now if they can get it to go around a corner, or even better a race track and, the build quality is good (rather than an after thought), I think it'll will be a winning combination and hopefully they can sell loads. But then again with the current cost of fuel and, the current economic situation, the only people who could afford to buy and run a car like this, will be looking at the the usual suspects from the luxury supercar manufacturers.
