MSU to Develop Portable Fuel-Cell Battery with Ultralife

From Defense Update:

The Mississippi State University (MSU) will develop a portable power system to support long endurance military applications. The development is funded by a $1.6 million program awarded by a U.S. Defense Department. MSU established a 'technology partnership' with Ultralife (NASDAQ: ULBI) for the development, awarding the company $475,000 contract to participate in this program as a subcontractor.

It is a shame, that funds compulsorily extracted via unlawful "Income Tax", should result in the Military awarding this contract to a University, to develop <"....Portable Fuel-Cell Battery with Ultralife....">.

Just think how useful such a thing would be, if it was to be used in many normal civilian situations.

But in the present climate, run by those who don't care what your hard-earned cash is spent on, except to enrich themselves further, we can expect no better.
