LM Over SS316

Can we use LM instead of SS316?Basically I would like to know different MOC & their benefit over other.Can anybody pls help?

Pls give me link of the info also,if there is any.

OK.... I'm assuming you are talking about materials here. SS316 (stainless steel??)

I looked in MatWeb http://www.matweb.com/ and the only LM listed was for aluminum, glass, nylon and resins.

If it's not about material.... oops!
