Hi Appliedtech,

I read the wine business trade publications alot. Were going to open our Winery, just as soon as I win a million dollars from the lotto, so I can complete every little purchase. Man , Thats Some Expensive Equipment.

Anyway, one source, I found for used equipment, is this link:

http://www.winebusiness.com/UsedEquipment/?ref=rn

Hope that helps you,

Best Regards,

I don't have a solution for an automated process, but if you are doing a little home operation like I do when I homebrew, well a beer gun may be the right tool for you!
