co axial cable

during manufacturing of coaxial cable with foamed HDPE as a dielectric, there comes a problem of loose condductor or conductor does not hold the dielectric then what is the solution? Do I need to alter my extuder parameters? If yes then why?

Clean surface of the conductor, and temperature of the conductor are two variables, which require attention.
