PCI Male Connector?

The idea is to have an extension between a PCI connector from a PCB to a female PCI on the Mother Board. Is there such a piece as male PCI connector?

What you are looking for is called a bus extender. Because of tightly controlled bus impedance it is unwise to simply add a cable to extend the bus.

An example would be:
