"H2SO4 ( Acid) > Ammonium sulphate ( ??) > superphosphate (??)"

He means, use the sulfur to produce sulfuric acid. Use the sulfuric acid to produce ammonium sulfate ((NH4)2SO4), and then use the ammonium sulfate to produce superphosphate.

There was a time when there was a linear relationship between the UK's Gross National Product and the quantity of H2SO4 produced. Is that helpful?

Get yourself a good college inorganic chemistry text or indurtrial chemistry text, or simply Google sulfur. I wouldn't suggest sulfuric acid, as this is a commodity item and very inexpensive on the commodity markets. The CIA et al determine a country's economic standard by the amount of sulfuric acid producted and imported. Think of simple things like the different forms of the sulfur molecules at different temperatures, etc. Oxides of sulfur can be quite toxic and acidic, so be careful!

Unfortunately there is a surplus of sulfur in the world now. With the automobile emission requirements becoming more strict refineries have been forced to remove sulfur from fuels (specifically diesel). There are lliterally mountains of the stuff piling up now that no one knows what to do with.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but you are fighting some pretty poor economic prospects since most everyone else who has a sulfur removal process like yours is asking the same question.
