Google 'convert' followed by the units..

You need units which are vaguely compatible tho' .
You can't convert centimetres to degrees centigrade...(or, for the more argumentitive amongs us...can you?)

Jeez, everyone knows that 1 degree centimetres = 3.14 retrograde Fahrenheit units, so multiply that times 6.7126, then add 32, then divide by the cosmological constant, and you have your answer.

The question seems interesting,

For DP installations,we r calibrating DP ( mm H20) in terms volumetric liquid flow( m3/hr), so in a way measuring dp v r getting flow (m3/hr)

Using a differential pressure measurement as an indicator of flow rate is certainly workable, but there will be an unseen "fudge factor" or conversion constant that will take into account the specific flow conditions (pipe size, fluid properties, temperature, flow losses, etc...) for the application.

From a strict dimensional analysis standpoint, the units given in the question as worded are not compatible. There is either quite a lot of information missing or the OP is very confused.

Regardless of what the value of the conversion factor coefficient is, it must have units of meters2/hr.

I'll bet you can figure it out all by yourself now.

Impossible: insufficient data. What is 3.145 meters supposed to be? Depth, width, length? What's your velocity or cross-sectional area?

With a conversion factor of 9.76 square meters per hour, the calculation yields roughly 30.7 cubic meters per hour!

If 3.145 meters H2O is the differential pressure for a system to meter the flow, you

should go online or to the nearest library and study fluid dynamics, particularly

Bernoulli's principle. This is the system used to meter the flow of natural gas all over

America and the world - You could probably also just google fluid measurement,

meter tubes (actual term for the apparatus used in application above,) gas

measurement, American Gas Association, and the like.
