Now i'm facing with the problem how to clean that exchanger. Ofcourse easyley open up all the plate then use manual method. But my scenario is, i try to clean that without open or dismantle exchanger.

Hello "Guest"

You need to advise what liquid/s are passing on the inside also the outside of the flat plate heat exchanger/s.

There are generally ways to clean the heat exchanger, but advise the fluids and temperatures of those fluids.

Perhaps then, you may receive a proper answer.

Kind Regards....

Sparkstation is correct, is it fluid/fluid or air/air or air/fluid,

this all play a big part, as to the rhoeology, viscosity,...., ect.
