The Woodward governor catalogue should have the details how to do the droop setting. Please read the catalogue for your specific governor and you will find the procedure.
You have 3 generators to be running in parallel. In this case, you have to set the generators with highest capacity (the one which can share the changing load in your system) in Isochronous, the other two have to be set in Droop mode. In parallel operation, only one generator has to be set in isochronous mode, all others have to be in droop mode. Generally the droop setting range is 3% to 5%. The isochronous one will share the changing load automatically but the load of the droop generators has to be changed by manual intervention (or other automatic load sharing devices integrated to your system like Woodward EGCP-3 LS etc.)
Hope it helps.
