	i'm asking about the loss factor(tan delta) measured by the schering bridge.the capacitors are connected to improve power factor in all applications.

	1. Exactly what you are asking? 2. Why are you asking ? 3. What is the relation between the centence 1 and sentence 2 ? 	actually i need to do a model of loss factor meter.i need to get infos!!!
