Pavement Paint

Hello, I am looking for a pavement paint that meets the following specifications: Latex, waterborne emulsion, lead and chromate free, ready-mixed, complying with FS TT-P-1952. Could you please recommend a paint (black and white) that meets these requirements/ specs? Thank you very much. Sinia Mateo
