What is Engineering Management?

Hello friends, i am doing my B.E. in I.T. right now, and i m planning to go for MS in engineering management.

Wanted to know more about this in terms of the subjects, scope, value and advantages over normal engineers.

can any one pls help?

You get a nice office and more money. If that is what you like and if you like supervising, doing schedules, being responsible for projects then go that way. If you like designing and making products used all over the world then you can be a MS Guru and you will probably be paid more depending on your "experience". Experience is important the degree will help a lot in getting hired.
