Several years ago, I purchased a copy of Microsoft Office 2003. It has been working very well until I somehow erased the program from my computer (probably after a few glasses of rum and coke in the evening). Now, when I try to reinstall it, I am required to provide a 25 character "product key". I cannot find the product key, so I am unable to reinstall the program. What do I do? Buy another copy of the program? This seems like a total ripoff.
Now, programs written in Excel or Power Point are not accessable. Now, all of the files which were previously written in Microsoft Word
are showing up in "Word Pad", another Microsoft program. I knew I had
Note Pad, but never realized that I had Word Pad.
I would like to reinstall the Microsoft Office program, but cannot do it without the product key which, by the by, I cannot find anywhere on the original CD. Any suggestions?
