We have an overall cost calculation system. A very global one. But not on machine basis. I know that machine cost calculation methods differ according to the production process types.

I need a more useful comment.

This post seems very similar to another post, "

Measuring OEE in steel slitting plants"

where you are both asking for us to analyze your operation. No thanks.

"I need a more useful comment." Consult the manufacturer of your equipment.

Or, hire an engineer to do the analysis.
