Capillary Transmitter

I would like to know, is it possible to install a Capillary type transmitter (Rosemount 3051), above the HP tapping point for a Pressure Diffrential measurement.

Certainly this is possible. One can mount almost anything anywhere. But unless you identify why you think that mounting this transmitter above the point you tap on your Hewlett Packard computer that this will change the differential pressure between reasoning and understanding, then I cannot help you.
