Better (not necessarily perfect) grammar and correctly used punctuation would help.
Have you found the problem, suspect a problem, hope a problem has a particular attribute or are you asking us to help?
If you want help then communicate clearly (not perfectly) with more detail of what your problem is, what you've checked and your observations along the way.
I'm guessing it's a car problem. Can OP explain what a mo mo is please?

Difficulty is not an obstacle it is merely an attribute.
Could just be a bad connection (if it isn't a vehicle immobilisation system fault). There shouldn't be any fusable links in the main current path between the battery and the starter motor/main electrics (unless the wiring is damaged).
Best to get out that multimeter and trace the wiring!
If the head lights dim when you try and start the vehicle (or operate the accessories) and nothing else happens you likely have a short circuit.
Let us know what you find, oh and what vehicle you have.
I believe this should have been posted in the commercial section. The OP specializes in selling headlights, I believe. Probably keeps the fully charged battery around to demonstrated that they work. Specialization is the trend... "Just Brakes," etc.
Had this happen to a relative of mine, a day after his truck was stolen it was recovered or I should say the frame, rear axle and firewall were recovered.
Good thing the thieves left the lights and his new charged up battery.
Mo mo no go but at least he won't be in the dark.

A fully charged battery and a couple headlights could light up a campsite each evening for several evenings. All he needs is a little wire. The glass is half full.
Thanks for all the help, or lack of it! Ha! It would seem the problem is on power to the ignition switch. I do have power at the fuse box. I'm going to run a hot lead to the switch in the morning. Forgive me for the lack of info. In previous post
