Problem Installing DIGSI 4.83 on PC

Hello all sirs, I have downloaded digsi 4.83 from siprotec site, but when i tried to install it on my PC it could not be installed and a dialog box appeared that said first install DIGSI 4.2. I Googled a lot but nowhere did I find demo of DIGSI 4.2. So please guide me, how can i get demo DIGSI 4.2. Thanks in advance.

From there, I found this Readme .pdf file that looks like it has all the information needed to successfully get your software running:
