	Can anyone tell what the differences between ES and FES in a GIS? Thanks for your help.

	Sorry, ES is "earthing switch" and FES is "fault making earthing switch". Thanks.

	An earthing switch is for safety grounding an already dead section of bus, a fault earthing switch can be closed while the bus is energized.
