Squirrel Cage for Receiving Air

06/02/2012 1:18 AM

To whom it may concern:

Is there a supplier who makes a mini squirrel cage ( for receiving wind, not for blower output ) to mount on my 12 vdc generator? The center mount on the squirrel cage is smaller than 3/16 in.

I doubt that anyone makes them for this purpose, but you could find a fan of suitable size and take the squirrel cage off of it. (Sort of a mini Darrieus rotor.)
