Pyrolysed Carbon Black

06/17/2012 12:37 PM

Guys we are manufacturing pyrolysed oil from waste tyres.I want to remove all the ash content and Inorganic content from Carbon black,(that we are getting after pyrolysis).

Can any one suggest me how to remove ZnO and Sulfur from Carbon black, cheaply.I want to reduce both to around 0.03% by wt so that we can use it for steel manufacturing.

It was 0.04 in your last plea for help.

Instead of asking for free advice, hire a competent chemist to develop a process for reduction of unwanted materials.

Sometimes, cheap just won't work. You need to come to grips with the goals of your company. You want to get something for free that will produce more revenue for you.

Well, break loose with some of those funds you are hoarding and do some proper research.

That's my free advice.

Instead of removing it, concentrate on a process that doesn't make it in the first place.
