Plastic Surgery and Remodeling the Skeletal With Minimal Risk Stem-cell

in plastic surgery why only focuse on the muscules and skin ,as we know there is some skletal deformity after middle age ,why we don't work on cartilages and boanes also by stem-cell or for remodeling the face it should be a way to making goog looking and design the faces, thank you katy/kiabi
