IBM Goldies

Could any one give me (or point me to) information about the [85-90] IBM PC´s series.

Stuff like motherboard and I/O devices to them...

Not sure (without a bit of research) about the LSI IC's ('big chips'), but most if not all of the SSI's are 74LS series, and are still available from suppliers such as Digikey and RS Components.
