Trip to the Paralympics

We went to watch the men's semi final Wheelchair Basketball at the North Greenwigh Arena (aka O2 Arena, Millenium Dome).
Canada beat GB, but the atmospher was great and I took some pics which have some engineering interest. First is the UK's latest warship (those defence cuts are starting to bite).

Yes it's London not Barcelona! We've got a cable car now.

You can walk over the top of the Millenium dome... if yo' not a scaredy cat.

And finally some basketball.

Some pretty good engineering in those chairs.
