Auma India Actuator Not Operating in Local Mode

Hello friends,

I am here for help of a very weird problem. we have auma india actuator in our lab which is perfectly operating in remote control mode but does not operate in local mode. We have checked all cards and wiring but could not find any fault. Please let me know of any condition in which such fault occurs.

There's your problem, right there.

The thingy is not operating the framitz properly.

What do you mean you don't see it. I'm pointing right at it, can't you see?

Look, when I turn completely OFF all of the actuator power it works perfectly as an un-powered actuator. With no power available the actuator moves freely with my hand. Do you see?

dear friend.

first of all you have to consult with the manufacturer if not possible for any reason .

then kindly check the auto/manual inputs outputs and related relays or circuit.if its working in remote control mode ,which shows the actuator and output is ok just you have to find the problem in the local control branch.

(now it starts again -- the PC interfaces)

check list

  • so whats your OS, HW, interface (to actuator)
  • if it's win server - you can't use the COM i gess
  • if its µs win - is there any resource conflicts

Thank you for your suggestions friends.

I found the solution by replacing INTERFACE & DISPLAY CARD. Actuator was operating in both local and remote mode.

goodday everyone . i have a problem with a actautor . the stop light continue on , and the actuator can"t start. only in the morning when it's cold it's sound something on the inside a click and than it start running for about 20 sec... than it"s stop running. what can be the problem of this issue?
