You ARE kidding, right?

Well golly! You've figured out how to make a water version of Hero's Aeolipile all on your own. You should realize that Hero did this about 2200 years ago with out the use of an internal combustion engine driving a water pump.

With a centrifugal pump, the power goes up as the discharge pressure drops, because the greater flow more than compensates. See a typical curve.

This has thrust to do work, not yet up to power to create enough energy yet...

Why not save yourself a lot of grief and just drive the whatever it is with an electric motor, like the one that is running the pump.

That way you only have the loss of energy due to motor inefficiency, instead of the loss of the motor, the loss of the pump, the loss of the plumbing to the contraption, the loss of the contraption itself, the loss of the pulleys, wheels, gears or whatever is transferring the energy to power the whatever.

What is your objective here?

The objective is to lure foolish financing.

One thing I've noticed with every single over unity device presented here. None of them measure the power entering or leaving their "engine". They often measure meaningless quantities like the second video does in measuring an alternator(?) pulley rotation speed. I wonder why.

Unlike most people, I will build anything just to see the real action of these claims.

Nothing is free, but it's fun to experiment on these low tech projects..

Building these preposterous devices will certainly be fun. I will grant you that.

I'd even venture to say that you could probably develop a good paper on the psychology of over unity devices from your builds.

I agree, why is it that we can't have fun to build simple yet sometimes even stupid projects.

I am not claiming anything, but I have fun showing off my skills to make a simple project.

I will try to create energy from these projects, I will have to also agree that most people claiming overunity won't show watts input vs wattts output.

I have no problem doing that, but it really is fun to try something new, even if it's a waste of time to others.

I do like this calpump, at 10000GPH is a nice unit at 1.5hp-2hp input of energy.

I have many fun projects to do with this pump, maybe even a water wheel using mass as a diving force.

If 1gal of water is 8.33lb and you have a 6ft water wheel at 100GPM you could create:

((8.33*R)*100)/5252=.47hp, or maybe even more due to gravity?

The question I have is just how much energy is need to pump 100GPM@3ft(1.29psi)

10000gph at how much HP? or is that HP/gph? unless it is a paddle wheel mounted in a stream or crick, all waterwheels run on gravity.

About 1/4 hp, depending on pump efficiency.

There is an exhibition currently in the Science Museum in London (runs from 10 Feb 2016 to 04 Sept 2016). 39 historically accurate models of Leonardo da Vinci machines including; flying machines, diving machines and weapons have been created from his drawings. The exhibition is called "The Mechanics of Genius" but the flying machines don't fly, the survival chances of any diver using diving machines would be negligible, and most of the weapons would be more dangerous to the user than their targets. On that basis even I qualify as a genius!
