Simplified Landing Gear Design

Hi, guys. As my project, I'll try to design landing gear with force and stress analysis of it. I was wondering what could be considered? oh well, I'm not saying I'm gonna make proper design, but simplified one. so it would just contain main strut and wheel and torsion bars? I reckon which holds main strut to the wheel parts. and would be appreciated if you could tell me what kinda calculation should be used to sizing parts.

Almost everyone here had to do their own homework, and projects. You will need to do likewise.

I've always fancied mathematical calculations for part sizing. Trial and error is not preferred when designing landing gear.

Well, it's OK for designing stuff, but testing parts designed by T&E can be quite testy itself.

Also, your punctuation and grammar should be better.

Finally, force and stress analysis is a good starting point for any mechanical design.
