Is There a Valve Engineer Shortage?

We hear conflicting reports about whether or not there is a shortage of engineers. What do you think? Is there a shortage of valve engineers? Are too many experienced valve engineers going to retire in the next ten years and cause a shortage? Or is the whole issue being blown out of proportion? Tell us what you think.
