And here is an example of the latest problems with outsourcing the maintenance contracts to the lowest bidder, here, in this photo, is shows what looks like a maintenance worker doing a track inspection. They were using monkeys, but they negotiated for more peanuts, and the banana peels left on the tracks were a safety concern.
