Where is Your Next Job?

Are you feeling stifled in your current job? Are you an ambitious "young gun" blocked from advancing by an older generation of next-level professionals? If you want to move on, are you looking to make any substantive changes in your career path? How will you get there? If your plan requires additional training, what kind? University? Continuing education? What will such a move cost? Will the payback be worth it? Will it require that you change industries? Move to a different part of the country? Move to a different country? Actually, I am an old gun stifled by younger doofuses. If my next job is in Korea or India or China, that might be better than in the increasingly dumbass USA.
