Posted September 10, 2012 8:48 AM by Mizuti

Can you figure out where this picture was taken?
Have you seen a building similar?
Is a basket the most structurally sound type of building?

It was taken in Newark Ohio. The reason for the odd shaped building? They actually make picnic baskets ande shopping baskets, , The Longberger Basket Company.

Amazing!

Something Steve Jobs would have been proud to be a part of....

Basket case peer pressures must be strong in the Midwest.

I've never even considered buying a basket, of any sort. Not much good for ice and beer.

Hello Wal! The basket is only for the plates, silverware, cups, saucers, and the food. The other part of the picnic summer ritual around here is the old wash tub with ice a keg of beer, then all the extra speciality brews including growlers of your own beer making around them. Can't beat a warm day good food and cold beer. It just don't get any better than that.Duke

Especially when the food inside the picnic basket is Southern Fired Chicken w/ extra crunchy coating!
