We're looking for guesses at where it might be, or some information regarding the structure in the comments below.

The D Haus designed by David Ben Grunberg and Daniel Woolfson

It was originally designed for Lapland, Finland. It is movable and can follow the sun around.

Yes I agree, a modular house that can be assembled in many different configurations to suit the homeowner....

Looks very ingenious but this is not a new idea. I have seen this idea done in the rural southern United States with an old mobile home, tractor, and a couple of expando or pop out rooms.
