Now here is what I want you to do. Find the drawing of the precast manhole, add a notation to the bottom face that say's that face is the top, but don't note the change in the revisions box. Then when we have to dig it out and put it back the right way up we can charge the city for the extra work.

Reminds me of this one plumbing job. I had to cross the hoses under the sink to get the hot and cold on the correct sides.

But I have to ask that, if a baby septic tank can (dream) one day of (growing up), can it then hope to become an (adult) full size wastewater treatment plant?...
