No, this was not an accident, but is actually a pre-scheduled impact test to measure the wall's resistance to excessive contact... honest...no, really it is...

The original Dalek prototypes might have had a problem with stairs, but not doors! Going through the wall was NO ACCIDENT!

No accident...This is an instant doorway making machine.

True story: At one place I worked, the operations manager had two forks come through the wall of his office one day and cross over the top of his desk while he was sitting at it. The driver got moved to the purchasing department.
