I could not understand the posts, with 1/2 the words missing it did not made sense.

You should have a chair on casters then you can move from one side to the other.

It do not help either. maybe we need second screens and then read in stereo.

Me too, but it seems to have sorted itself out now! At first I thought you had all lost the plot but I was wrong! Nice to have you back Del, I hope we can look forward to some scathing attacks and claw sharpening action from you in the coming weeks!

Anyway, I thought it was just me. I mean the W I D E CR4 and my narrow screen.

It hasn't happened on all pages, and I haven't seen it today, but last night was starting to make me crazier than I already am.

Well, I'm not entirely sure what could have caused a change over the weekend. Can you post a url that shows this? Can you also do me a favor and scroll the window over to the right to see what content from the "main" page (so, to the left of the right-hand list of sections, etc) extends out to the right? Sometimes there is one element that is so long that is "pushes" all of the content out to the right, but I thought we had that under control. A screen shot showing the longest "thing" would be great too. Feel free to email us at cr4admin@globalspec.com... that way you can send images that won't be all shrunk down.

It doesn't seem to be like it anymore.. it was only on one thread, and was there at least twice today...however I've just checked all my subscribed threads and it's not there now...

It was the text box for the actual post that was long, but a horizontal scroll bar allowed me to read the entire post...I can't remember if the content down the right was still there.

If it happens again I'll link you to it.

Maybe it was an illusion the result of eating too much prosciutto in Parma?

PS: Large images can be resized smaller by dragging the corners when editing.

The thread, "Travelling on a Wing and a Prayer" seems to have this problem. Other threads (including this one) are fine. Here's a screenshot of that thread:

This shot was taken with the window maximized. Note the thumb width on the horizontal scrollbar indicating how much of the view is not visible.

No, I didn't cop your picture. But it is possible you hacked into CR4 and posted as me. Or did I just now post your reply? I'm confused.

Just for the record, if I look at that thread with the explorer window maximised it fits ok with no horizontal scroll bar.

I was going to say it hadn't happened to me, till Europium pointed out the travel thread, which I hadn't happened to look at... It does happen here in the USofA and on a Mac too!

I have a Mac. As Post #11 shows, Macs aren't immune to this.

I have the same problem recently, also on a Mac, but only occasionally and not only with CR4. One solution is to "Save" the message. It is then all on-screen when I open the saved image. Kind of a nuisance, though.

Use the scroll bar at the bottom of screen. Isn't that a real pain in the neck?

Depending on your mouse you can press the vertical scroll wheel and have a 4-way directional control of the text. This seems to be as bad or worse that the scroll bar.
